Women’s Day Celebration @ School of Scholars Hinganghat


“A woman is a symbol of love, God’s finest and beautiful creation”. This is what the students of School of Scholars expressed lovingly to their teachers, mothers and other women as they celebrated the International Women’s Day on March 8, 2019 in the school Campus of SOS Hinganghat, Top CBSE School in Hinganghat.  Classes IV  to VI  were the hosts for this celebration.

The programme began with an invocation seeking God’s blessings through scripture reading and a prayer dance. The students welcomed the gathering through an elegant classical dance. A dance drama depicting the power of women not only entertained all, but made them realize the great power women have for the well being of the family and society.
A rally was also organized in the city to mark the Women’s Day spreading the “ Importance of women ”as well as the promotion of RTE 25% free education (Maharashtra Government) was done through rally. The Students carried banners conveying messages to ‘Save Girl Child and ‘Beti bachao Beti Padhao’.A tribute was given to all the Dynamic Women of the nation like Mother Teresa,Savitribai Phule,Rashtra Mata Jijau,Jhansi ki Rani Laxmi bai, Ahilyabai Holkar, Rama bai etc.who developed the importance of women and  also worked for the development of the women in all the fields.The Rally started from Nandori Chowk and was culminated at Proffesor Colony.The students ,teaching and non teaching staff members participated in the rally with great zeal and fervor. The event was highly appreciated and it was a great Success. The entire staff left no stone unturned for the success.

Excellence achieved in National Creativity Olympiad Scholarship Exam by SOS high-fliers

Students of School of Scholars, Dhamangaon Railway, cornered glory at National Creativity Olympiad Scholarship Exam 2018 organized by the Institution of Engineers in Jamshedpur to promote science and general knowledge among youngsters. NCO aims at creating abilities of students, training the school children for future in competitive exams, motivating, encouraging and nurturing the young talents.   Nirzar Ganesh Yelne of Std V (B) bagged 12 th All India Rank whereas Anushree Sameer Pelagade of Std V (B) secured 37 th All India Rank in National Creativity Olympiad Scholarship Exam 2018.
