Meditation is an attempt to meet one's own self in order to find peace and ensure a healthy mind in a healthy body. Nothing beats this concept on the very first day of the school as the students are enriched and enlightened for a new beginning. A Meditation Workshop was organized at School of Scholars Atrey , CBSE Schools in Nagpur on 24 th June 2019. The meditation workshop was designed for students to build the inner resilience to navigate physical, mental and emotional stress, and overcome barriers to learning. School of Scholars, Atrey Lay out, one of the top CBSE schools in Nagpur is proud to share the remarkable performance of its students of Std . 10th who cleared the All India Secondary School Examination [AISSE] CBSE Examination with flying colours.
