School of Scholars Celebrated the ‘Constitution Day’
Constitution Day, also known as Savidhan Divas, is celebrated in India in honor of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, known as the architect of the Indian constitution. The Government of India declared 26th November as Constitution Day. On this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, and it went into effect on 26th January 1950. Special Assembly is the most powerful media of inculcating necessary values among students. The occasion of Constitution Day was celebrated with great fervor and zest at SOS Akola (KK), CBSE school in Akola.
In order to fortify our nation’s ‘Unity in Diversity’ School of Scholars Akola (KK) readily grabbed the opportunity of celebrating Constitution Day. Pol, the Civil Judge Senior Division and secretary of District Legal Services Authority, Akola occupied the seat of chief guest who illustrated the importance of the Preamble and Article 51-A.
