Meditation Workshop was organized at School of Scholars Atrey, CBSE Schools in Nagpur on 24th June 2019.
The meditation workshop was designed for students to build the inner resilience to navigate physical,
mental and emotional stress, and overcome barriers to learning.
The main
objectives of “Meditation Workshop” were:
- To improved ability to focus better
- To increase brain function like creative thinking, practical intelligence, and IQ levels
- To reduce the stress level and anxiety through meditation
- To improve the health standards of the students
- To increase self-confidence and helping them to perform better in today’s competitive world.
- To increase the desire to learn and understand things better
The workshop has enriched students a lot and help them to
maintain their physical and mental health and to lead a stress-free life. As
per them, they learned how to achieve stillness, concentration, and awareness through
meditation. The instructions and guidance helped the students to learn the method easily and vowed to carry out the activities daily at their homes.
