SOS Salutes the Nation on the 73rd Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor at School of Scholars Wanadongri to mark the 73 years of freedom. The ceremony took place on the school skating rink with the entire SOS Pariwar in full attendance. The Chief Guest Hon’ble Shri Dattaji Megha and the school patron Mrs. Devika Meghe was accompanied and escorted by Sr. Principal Ms. Kavita Nagarajan, the Vice Principal Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur  and the Prefectorial Board members. The Chief Guest unfurled the tricolor flag and the entire school reverberated with the National Anthem. Janmasahtami Celebration at School Of Scholars Pratap Nagar, Nagpur

The students of School of Scholars, Pratap Nagar celebrated Janmashtami, where a skit by teachers was enacted illustrating the fact that a person should have control over oneself, students of KG I sang a melodious song praising Lord Krishna and to enhance the celebration KG II children gave a dance performance. Supervisor Mrs. Rakhi Parmar performed puja and then the tiny tots of Play School and Nursery who were dressed as Radha Krishna mesmerized everyone with Handi Phod. Janmashtami Celebration @ School of Scholars, Pratap Nagar To make the event more colourful and cheerful “Mom and me” matki decoration competition was organized for KG II students. The mother and the child of KGII enthusiastically participated and gave beautiful look to earthen pots with their co-ordination, creativity and imagination. The winners of the competition were awarded a sapling and paper flute was given to the children as a take home gift. The whole school environment gave a feel of Vrindavan.
